IIP accreditation for Trust Insurance Cyprus

Trust Insurance Cyprus has been awarded the prestigious Investors in People accreditation following a successful evaluation in November 2013.

The IIP is an established and highly regarded international standard that is only awarded to organisations who meet a series of stringent assessment criteria.

Investors in People, is an internationally recognised standard of quality management and human resources development. This award was achieved as Trust Insurance Cyprus, was able to display a continuous effort in the development and training of its people with the purpose of achieving future business goals and maintaining employees satisfaction. It is noted that Investors in People, certifies businesses and organisations that recognise the catalytical role which plays for the human resources for the improvement of competitiveness. The Cyprus Employers and Industrialists Federation (OEB) are the official representatives of Investors in People in Cyprus.

The assessment of Trust Insurance Cyprus was based on 10 indicators and 39 criteria, which examined company practices in specific sectors: Business Strategy, Training and Development, Human Resource Management, Leadership and Management, Effectiveness of Executives, Reward and Recognition, Participation and Encouragement, Education and Development, Performance Measurement and Continuous Improvement.

Through one on one interviews, the assessor confirmed the high level of commitment of its human resources to the company and divisional objectives. Trust Insurance Cyprus staff revealed that they undoubtedly comprehend their objectives and contribution to the achievement of business strategy of the company. For Trust Insurance Cyprus, its recent achievement of being accredited as Investors in People organisation is a result of consistent efforts and we are all very proud of it.
